    Hi, my deadlift is pretty shit and I would really appreciate some form help. I have troubles with keeping my back flat, although it is generally more of a problem when I have a belt on.

    BW: 80kg
    Height: 186cm
    Age: 16

    ESTM 1RM
    Squat: 112.5kg
    Bench: 77.5kg
    Press: 45kg

    Reduce the weight.
