Thank you for this clear and concise re-observation. Bullet point 1, paragraph 2 is absolutely critical for anyone to understand and apply.
If you do not, you risk very significant damage to the lower spine which will follow you for the remainder of your natural life. I can vouch for this personally, even after 36 years of barbell squatting.
