    Default cardio - did i read correctly?

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    just checking to see if i read correctly in your Programming Book.

    Cardio is not needed when weight lifting? SInce weight lifting makes the ventricles bigger (which is goal of cardio.) and could hinder performance gains?

    am i reading right?
