Squat looks pretty good, good enough that the guy behind you seems way too worried about it. One wonders about his motives.
The deadlift is pulled well, but you're rounding your back to set it down, and that's why your knees are getting banged up. Keep your back locked and stick your butt back to get the bar below your knees.
