diet mayby?
Hi mark.
I am 37 and i am at the programm 7 weeks now.
I started very weak, my first training session was bodyweight squat, and my second was only with the bar(7kg) and it was difficult.
Now i am stalling at my squat for third time at 54 kg and i will do deload.
All other lifts still progressing
deadlift 79kg
bench 55kg
row 55kg(i am afraid cleans, sorry)
press 37kg
I am 1.88cm(6.2??) and weight 80kg.I have gained 3-4 kg.
I am very happy with the progress until now, i must say my leverages are no good for squating, i am tall with long torso.
I am thinking to change the programm with a light wendesday squat(or front squat) and leave the rest the same.I am afraid i will hit a wall very soon, or injuried myself, if i continue heavy 3/week,

Do not change the program until it is not working. Keep it from stalling by eating more to gain weight, and by making smaller jumps.
