Depth Check for USAPL - YouTube
I know that this is, in general, good depth. However, I see all these posts about USAPL judges being very strict on depth and, in practice, red lighting a squat if depth is not obvious. Are these squats convincing enough to get unequivocal white lights for depth? If not, how much deeper? This is 330x5x3 on a medium day on HLM.

In your opinion, is it worth training at a lower depth than this?
To be honest I haven't competed in 3 years so I'm not quite as familiar with how they are judging. These are barely below parallel. Maybe get an inch lower to be safe
