Hi Rip; Wondering if there is anything different for people such as myself who lift and that have longer than usual femurs? it seems that most of the very strong lifters I have observed over the years have shorter limb lengths , especially for a strong squat. Not making excuses as I will not give up, I run my own race and I love to lift. I just seem to have a hell of a time to get the squat dialed in technique wise. Do lever lengths make a difference for people such as myself and other long legged avatar folk like myself ?

    Thank you

This squats are basically fine. Shove your knees out more with a more angled stance -- shortens the distance between knees and hips along the sagittal plane.
