As you have trained hundreds if not thousands of athletes, I wondered is it possible to maintain a squat ability doing it every 5 days. The reason I asked is that the current pandemic has disrupted my work schedule severely and there are times (about once a month) that my ability to sleep or even have ability to work out is limited. My current age is 49 (almost 50) and I am at 325 for 3 sets. If I can only do this once every 5 days how much can I expect to keep at my age with this limitation?

Yeah that’s kind of what I’ve been doing. I am kind of surprised it doesn’t seem to be too hard so far but I haven’t had to do It that long. I certainly can’t advance but it is hard for me to gain strength (though gaining weight is easy lol) with current lifestyle limitations.
