End of the Cut
Robert, thank you for all your great work that you have shared with us both here and on podcasts. I'm an older trainer at 59 who is coming down in weight rather than putting on weight. I'm not your model trainee but your techniques have worked for me to find a caloric deficient with which I can still train and get stronger. I'm down 45 pounds and coming to the end of my journey. I'm losing about one pound a week on average but it seems to happen in bunches.
Can you say a few words on how to end the cut and begin this new normal life?
I suspect your answer will be to continue the eating plan and add back one item at a time and see what happens.

Your suspicions are correct. Start with carbohydrate then add back fat. Protein should already be high and sufficient.
