Squat Form Check
Howdy,
Started my SSNLP on Jan 19 of this year. Should I have consulted a coach? Yes. Did I develop a bad habit or two? Maybe... though I do own and have read the book.
My squat got stuck at 315. Couldn't get all three sets across. I had very inconsistent form. When I got it right, I would complete a set. When I got it wrong, I'd get pinned on the safeties. Reset to 300 and now I've made it up to 330 with an attempt at 335 coming this Thursday.
