    Hi everyone,

    Can I get a form check please? What do I need to fix/improve here? Thanks, any feedback is appreciated.

    Get your knees out right away and stay bent over at the bottom.

    Work on narrowing your grip.

    Thanks for the feedback Andrew. One thing I noticed is that when I try to narrow my grip, the bar kind of gets pushed up onto my shoulders, and then it doesn't sit properly in the "shelf". I will continue to work on narrowing it. Thanks!!

    You'll know you're too narrow if that's happening - assuming your wrists are neutral which is not flat
