If you are doing a 3 day TM and want to focus on Bench, then Bench on Monday and Friday and Press on Weds. if doing a 4 day TM then you can probably do both 2x/week. The clean will be more useful to most people than the snatch because it’s heavier. If you want to do both then Clean on Monday, Snatch on Wednesday, and Friday pull a top set of Deads and if you want, pull a set of stiff legs after that as a back off set. Sometimes works better anyways to consolidate all “slow” pulling to 1x/week
