Deadlift frequency for Advanced Novice?
If I follow the apps advanced novice progression, it will have me deadlift (F) and then two workouts later deadlifting again (B)
Is this right? I thought according to the book you were always alternating power cleans and deadlifts, with chins inbetween

In the app its setup like this:
A
Squat 5 x 3
Bench 5 x 3
Back Ext 8 x 3 (this will be removed later)
Chinups
B
Light Squat 5 x 3
Press 5 x 3
Deadlift 5 x 1
So you'll be deadlifting every other workout.

Not for the advanced novice, where they introduce Power Cleans. That program has 6 workouts, labeled A through F

We dont have that program in the app, just the base advanced novice.

The official starting strength app, go to settings, Change Program
There are 6 programs. Second to last is advanced novice. Under advanced novice it lays out Workouts A, B, C, D, E, and F
My concern is that workouts F and B both deadlift, even though they're only two workouts apart (since the cycle just repeats)
