Rearrange Workout Order for Decreased Overall Time
Good Afternoon All,
I'm about 3 weeks in to my LP and am greatly enjoying the app. Its way better than my spreadsheet!
While catching up on back episodes of the podcast I heard Rip describe (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROj_vBeLQ-0&t=3299s) a modified version of the LP workout order that truncates the total time to complete it.
It is ordered thusly:
- Squat warmups through first work set
- First half of the press warmups
- Second squat work set
- Complete press warmups
- Third squat work set
- First press work set
- First two deadlift warmups
- Second press work set
- Last two deadlift warmups
- Last press work set
- Deadlift work set
I am currently accomplishing this by clicking back and forth through the app. Would it be possible to make this workout order an option?
