I'll be 31 in two weeks, am 5'9" and weigh 200lbs. This is 15 lbs up from when I started SS about six months ago. I've been off for a while due to work scheduling, other commitments, and trying to shed some fat weight after a few months of 70s Big eating. Now I'm back in the saddle and things are starting off well.

    Previous 1RMs are Squat 310, DL 355, BP 230, PClean 155, Press 140

    Today's session:
    Squat 255/5x3
    BP 200/5x3
    Chins BW 8, 7, 6

    Later,
    Sean

    Squat 250/5x3
BP: 205/5, 205/4(F), 205/3(F) I think this was lousy eating/hypocaloric day, so I'll try 205 again next time
    Chins 5,5,5
