When I get up to where I stall, I am going to use a similar template to keep pushing on.

It looks like a good plan.

I feel like I can get quite a bit out of this template. I went 12 weeks on basically the same thing with only changing to light squats.

But if I can keep squats separate from deadlifts, I just night get another 8-12 weeks on this plan because I'm still feeling pretty invigorated/strong most days.

    That's cool.

    I'll be watching.

I plan on wringing every little gain I can out of this run of SS before moving up.

    Default Week 12 Workout 2

I started microloading Presses today. I experimented with a slightly wider grip than usual. I use a narrow grip on Bench and Overhead Presses. That slightly wider grip really hurt my wrists bad. Like really bad. Kind of reminded me why I use the grip I use. So by the third set I was back to my normal grip. And the weight was very manageable. Didn't feel too bad at all really. Same for Deadlifts, felt fine.

    Light Squats-
    135x5
    225x3
    275x1
    315x1

    Press-
    95x5
    135x2
    172.5 x5
    172.5 x5
    172.5 x5

    Deadlifts-
    340x5

That's a pretty strong press you have there. No old PR for that one?

Thanks, no that's a new lift for me. I have a lot of experience with things like seated military, db military (I used to use up to maybe 85 lb db's for 6-8 reps), I've done hammer presses with 3-4 plates per side or so.

Yesterdays workout must have been harder than I thought because I got some good sleep last night (about 8.5 hours) and I still woke up feeling like I got hit by a train yesterday. A pretty good sign of systemic fatigue.

I'm going to try to get 9 hours of sleep this weekend. I've already decided to play hookey from work today and go fishing, too, so that might help. I have to go in for about an hour, but after that I'm going to relax for a little while.
