Video taped myself from directly behind today to check out this imbalance I have going on because I thought it went away. I go down straight and when I come up my hips shift way over to my right leg, I think this is just from the past year of unconscious guarding my left knee tendinitis. I can think about rotating my body as I come up and it keeps me hips straight but then the bar and my upper body gets crooked.... gonna have to keep trying to figure this out.
