Two steps forward, one step back.
Squat: 205x5x2
Elbow issue flared up again today. I'm trying to find a grip that keeps the pain away, but it's a slow process. Today, it felt like loading and unloading the bar was hurting the elbow more than the squats were. Maybe I just need to favor my right arm when I'm moving the plates.
I'm finding that my muscular endurance is rapidly diminishing. I felt completely exhausted after my second set, and my 3-4 mile bike commute (10-15 minutes of moderate activity) is also wearing me out quickly.
I'm also starting to feel some time pressure. The campus gym will be closing for 3 weeks over the winter break, and I'd like to get some more weight increases in before then.

Press: 70x5x3
Chins: -40x5x3
My left elbow is definitely aggrivated by handling the 45lb plates. Less aggrivated by squats, and the press and chins seemed fine. I'll have to keep this in mind on Sunday.
