When I was 15, I was about the same size. I think by the time I was 17 I was like 5'10" and maybe all of 150, i.e. about the same level of emaciated freakness, but bigger overall.

And, unsolicited words of advice/caution: I know Greyskull/Johnny P are all about going for AMRAP on the last set, and I see that you did AMRAP on your DLs. Just be careful not to overdo it on the DL, given the amount of weight you are moving. They are pretty stressful on your body (and thus spur plenty of adaptation) as-is, and adding reps beyond the usual 5 may not ultimately be that helpful. I don't know if Greyskull recommends AMRAP on the DL, though; I'm sure JP has trained enough people to have noticed if it's problematic or not. It's probably also self-limiting anyway, i.e. as it gets heavier for you, you'll be hard-pressed to hit 5 reps anyway.

Happy lifting, happy eating, happy growing, and good luck with highschool.

    Bench Press: @ 112.5 lbs, 3x5.

    Squat: @ 210 lbs, 2x5 1x4.
I consider this a failure also.

    Curls: @ 55 lbs.

Today's workout was terrible. Simply terrible.

I switched to Pavel's bear program.

    Dead Lift: @ 230 lbs 1x5, 205 lbs 1x5, 185 lbs 10x5.

    Press: @ 80 lbs 1x5, 72.5 lbs 1x5, 65 lbs 5x5.

For the Dead Lift I just barely made it and for the press I got about a third of the minimum number of sets.

My height and weight remain the same but I intend to change this. By following the instructions of a madman.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go stuff my face with food.

I felt that my situation warranted a program change.

    Deadlift: 230 @ lbs 1x5, 210 lbs @ 1x5, 190 lbs 7x5.

    Press: 80 lbs @ 1x5, 72.5 @ 1x5, 65 lbs 13x5.

While my height remains the same I now weigh 142 lbs.
