Lets see, I haven't posted in ages.
Umm squat is unknown because I stopped for an injury, im starting them up again and did 93kg yesterday.
Bench is 70kg
press is 49kg - tried 50 but failed, dunno why it's so much harder
deadlift was 122.5 kg but haven't done them in a while

1 week rest, gonna get back into it hard core. My olympic weights and bar arrived.
