    FSQ: 135 lbs 3x5. First time trying Front Squat. I thought I could do heavier since my LB squat is 210... well it's was interesting and I think I will alternate both into my workout.
    OHP: 97.5 lbs 3x5
    HC: 107.5 lbs 3,3,3,2,2. The FSQ probably drained my shoulder...

    FSQ: 135 lbs 3x5. Figured it's better to do Front Squat on workout A.
    BP: 140 lbs 3x5
    DL: 135 lbs 5x5, 145 lbs 1x5 practicing forms

    HC: 107.5 lbs 5x3 very solid! I did Hang Clean first because someone was squatting 315 lbs for reps in the power rack.
    SQ: 185 lbs 3x5. deloaded to fix the knees position.
    OHP: 100 lbs 3x5.

    2011-07-01
    BP: 142.5 lbs 3x5
    FSQ: 140 lbs 3x5. Man it worked the abs & lower back hard!
    DL: 135 lbs 4x5, 155 x 5
