    I normally wear them only for the squats since deadlifts have never given my knee trouble. If I reintroduce Powercleans into my program I will probably wear them for those as well.

    Hey mate,

    Get well soon, get some OJ in ya and maybe even try going for a jog. When I'm having flu symptoms I just try to 'sweat' it out, I feel really great after.

    Get back to training soon!
