I've already shaved my squat jumps down to 2kg (4.4lbs), bench jumps down to 1kg (2.2lbs), press jumps down to 0.5kg (1.1lbs) and deadlift jumps down to 2.5kg (5.5lbs).

One issue I see with the chinning option is that I can do about 1-2 full body-weight chins and I've got no chance of managing a pull up. Does anyone have any advice on what to do in this situation? I've tried to use the search function but I can't find any relevant threads. I have bands. Should I be doing band assisted reps? Negatives? Singles? Jumping/Kipping?

    Arboresque.
I've found banded chins to be good, as well as doing singles (for example one single a minute for 10-15 minutes).

    Hi Arboresque,

same feeling here. Two weeks without training and I get a hell of a time getting back to it.

I suck at chins, too, and here is the method I use:
    - Every day, 4 to 6 times a day, I do a set of chins 1 or 2 reps short to failure (kind of Pavel's Greasing the Groove, or what John Shaeffer calls the Frequency Method).
    - At the end of each workout, I do 6 sets of chins with 25s rest in between each set. These sets are not to failure. My goal is to reach a certain number of reps across. I don't try upping the reps on the first set before I get all 6 sets right with the target number of reps. I started with sets of 1 reps one month ago, and I'm trying to get sets of 4 reps right now.

    Y.
