Had to do last nights workout today. Everything was ok except my hip flexors are killing me. They've been hurting all week. Especially on the right side. Not sure what the problem is. I had a spotter with me today and he said I'm uneven when I'm squatting. Left side is going down further than my right side. If I face a mirror I can see that my left knee is significantly lower in the hole than my right. I'm going to get a foam roller tonight and do some work with it. Hopefully that will help.
