    Benching in the morning...

    1x130kg Easy
    2x125 kg supposed to be a 3, but it was heavy...
    3x120 kg heavy
    3x117.5 kg

    2 count bench

    3x113kg Heavy
    3x106kg
    3x108kg mixed up last two sets...

    Everything was heavy after the 130 set. Morning training sucks...

    You are both correct. I don't have the flexibility to go very deep anyway. Jordan found it ok as well, so we'll leave it there.

    Re the sweatpants, normally all training gear is in my car - they were just in the dryer this particular day, supposed to be ready for a livk session in the evening.

    Funny how, when you reach +4 plates, a lot of guys in livk suddenly squatted +200kg at some time, except noone has ever seen it. ; )

    Following morning's benching I got some late afternoon pause squats done.

    3x155kg
    3x153kg

    Easy stuff.
