    Long time no log.

    Life and nagging injuries got in the way. Plus volunteering as a (european) football coach for u12 3-5 days a week.

    bw 95-96 - I run around far too much...

    Current lifts have been

    Squat

    3x140kg plenty in the tank.

    Bench

    100kg x 4

    Press

    72.5kg x 4

    Deadlift

    Hamstring issues have hampered me - did a 197.5kg x 3 which was ok

    Power Clean 1x100kg - all time PR vs bw - not bad for almost 46.

    paused 55kg, 76kg, 87kg

    Clean and Jerk

    3x55kg, 2x76kg, 5x87kg (missed one jerk on 87kg)

    Clean into 10x55kg press

    Hand stand pushups 10x

    Pull ups 10x

    Walk with the oldest boy.
