    Solid day all around for me. I was unsure going into the bench. Some
    days my left tricep can hurt, today it didn't. DL was good. Back seems
    to be pretty flat. It could be better.

    Solid day all around. Squats are nerve-racking. Press feels good.
    Kind of shaky at lockout. Hamstrings felt sore for the first time in a
    long time today (Sunday, day after workout).

    Not too happy with today. On the 4th rep of 2nd set of squats I
    just gave up for no reason. I'm pretty sure I could have made it
    but I just stopped coming out of the bounce. Very disappointed
    in myself here. Bench was hard faught. Not too surprised here.
    The first 3 reps of both sets felt smooth. Knots in my traps are
    killing me these days. Have been trying to kill them with thera-cane
    but it feels like they're getting worse. Finally broke down and
    went for a massage. The woman was not strong enough.

    This is my second set of squats today. Any comments are welcomed
    and appreciated.

    Not much commentary today. Neck and back are
    not really cooperating. Skipped DL in an attempt to
    let my back rest a little. Knots in my shoulder blade
    region seem to feel tighter, more uncomfortable today.

    I miss it. Trigger points will NOT GO AWAY. This is extremely frustrating. Been doing acupuncture and massage for 3 months with little progress.

    I'm assuming you've tried all the SMR fun stuff? Any that I've had I've been able to get rid of or minimize either with a PVC pipe or a lacrosse ball depending on the area. When I do it I'm at the verge of tears but it feels much better afterward/the next day. When you really hit a spot keep the pressure on until it "releases", or stops hurting. This might take 15-30 seconds.

    Just an observation: Your squats may be a few inches too deep.
