I wore a wrap for the first time around left knee that was giving me trouble recently. I'm not sure if I was overly cautious about the knee or just not used to the wrap but I was not consistent in depth being about an inch too shallow. Sully thinks I may have to start a percentage lower in weight. We will see.
My MD asked why I wished to be so active, what with lifting and politics. He asked what was my schedule when working? I told him usually 60-80 hours per week. He responded, "That is why you are so active now." I write that because it did have an effect on my lifts today. I did not meet my goals in either lift. I did get a YouTube shot for my new account. It should be up in a week. I'll link some of them.
