    i've had some significant injuries in the past, disc herniation and achilles tendon, both of which are not bothering me at all at this point. My goal is to stay consistent. I maybe missed 3 scheduled workouts in 3 months . Workouts are a little on the long side now. 2hrs plus. Want to get it down to 1.5 hrs. Probably because I put a TV in the basement. Bought my first bumper plates 10lb pair. Now i'm thinking of getting a set. Not sure if I want to spend the money yet.
