Squat : 235x1x4, 235x2x3
Bench Press : 175x1x2, 175x1x1, 175x1x3
Deadlift : 255x1x5
Body Weight: 174
A little tired before my training. Very late start too. 10p. Squats were tough, I think I will pass 235 next workout though . Same thing for bench. I was rushing and didn't rest enough between sets. I was adjusting my grip throughout my sets, which led me to a bad second set. Third set I finally found the correct grip width. I was happy with my deadlift.

F.....am I suppose to hurt everyday? Coworkers are starting to notice me wince in pain getting out of my chair. Crap. I am deloading by %10 . This glute/hip pain is a muther f'er. If I take 400mg ibuprofen I'm fine, so that's a positive, but don't want to depend on that. But I'm lifting no matter what tomorrow. I sound like a wuss, I know. I will be logging my sleep and food intake , to better assess myself. Oh I looked kinda fat on the beach. Shit I'm a beotch. I will overcome.

Workset:
I dropped weights down by %10 due to hip/glute pain. Didn't matter for squats, got hurt before workset . Suprisingly no pain during deadlift.
Squat : Sharp pain in front of hip during warmups.
Bench Press : 155x3x5
Deadlift : 255x1x5

Workset:
Squat 205x3x5. Longer than usual warm-up, because of pain last training session. Felt really good, especially last set.
Press 115x3x5. My current PR.
Pullups BWx1x10, BWx2x8

I rushed through pullups, needed to finish training earlier than usual. Front hip is not bothering me .

Deadlift 260x1x5 PR
Ate a ton of food today and I think it really helped me today. I hit two pr's tonight, which I'm pretty happy about. I'm still having muscle soreness on right side of hip. But pain on the front is gone. I was on Advil for about 5 days @1600mg a day and felt great. I've been advised by Adam to take 3200mg for 5 days for but I was not in that much pain. Plus I was actually worried to take that much. I think even 1600 irritated my stomach one day.

Hey man, looks like you and I are at a very similar spot right now. Close in weights on most of the lifts, and things are getting hard (for me at least)! Keep it up!

Pullups BWx1x8, BWx1x7, BWx1x6
During my press, on my 4th rep last set I breathed wrong , had to stop. Quickly reset and got my fifth rep. New pr. Yes.
