Male, 27, haven't done any training, ever. Also, I don't particularly like eating.
Started SS 7/1/13.
Today will be my 11th workout. For the first 2 weeks, I didn't incorporate the PC. I did last week; not having to DL 3 times a week at 15lb increases makes me very happy. I need to get some chalk for the DL soon or I'm going to have to change my grip. Oh and I'm up to 161lbs.
Starting weights:
Squat: 75
Bench: 70
Press: 55
PC: 55
DL: 125
Tonights workout:
Squat: 155
Bench: 95
PC: 65

Squat 160
Press 77.5 (going up in 2.5lb increments already)
DL 230
Squat was ok. Concentrating on form.
3rd set on press was crazy hard. Body was shaking.
DL was ok. I can't believe i'm lifting this much off the floor honestly.
Squat 165 - Last set was hard, worried I'll miss soon. Need to concentrate on staying tight in the core.
Bench 100 - Still easy to go up 5
PC 70 - Light, working on technique.
