Nothing fancy about today. Regular training partner took the day off, so I stuck with my more typical kind of lifting rather than doing the lunges/rockets/box jumps etc. Just good old fashion lifting. Some heavy, some not so much. Really happy with the 455 single. Doing it for reps at this point sounds insane to me, but I'll get there eventually.

Satisfactory week of lifting in my books. Time to rest. Next week is de-load recovery week, and with the kids being off for March break, I may actually rest this time. We'll see what Monday brings.
