Some notes:
I'm 26 5'7 and started around 135 and now weigh about 160.
My bench got up to 190 but I had a small injury to my rotator cuff or labrum last week so I'm dropping the weight till it heals.
I think I need a coach for the clean or something because I just realized I've made no progress.
