    Bad form on all lifts according to ss-coach. So I backed off on bench. And also doing DL twice a week every other week.
    All is well, besides new corona rules and the cold dark winter.
    I almost forgot, Im down around 1kg, now its 104,3kg, slowly decending[emoji106]

    Well I have R Santana as a diet coach but he wanted films on my lifts, I see it as a bonus, he is engaged in my doings. So I got some advice.

    That's great! Two birds with one stone...

    Enjoy getting stronger as a 70 year old!!

    I read where there used to be an elderly section and for some reason they did away with it. Seems like there should be a masters section where all us old farts could gather. Just a thought.

    Yes I remember that section. It was a kind of open blog as I remember it. With reflections and thoughts from the comunity of older farts. I liked it.
