It is really bad for me, Im not dying or so, took a vaccin against the this years flu last Monday. Have been sick more or less since then. Now I have a inflammation with fever in the jawbone. Eating painkillers, no lifting. This has been a really bad fall for my lifting, on average I have lifted once per week the last four month. Hope the new year gets better[emoji51]

Just a short press workout. 41kgx3x5
Notes: my boy Marcus, wanted to do a short press session, he was feeling sick so I joined him just for company.
I do the rest tomorrow, DOMS almost gone, thats a good thing. The press sucks, but Im used to that, dont mind, I just keep on lifting.

Minor pain in the left hip located side and back. Had a LP with 10-20lbs each time. Feels good, next stop is 90kg on saturday, my last PR was 105kgx1 and 100kgx5 27/8-15, I hope I stay free from all the flu from now on.
