Spring is turning out to be a real killer! after spending all day Saturday once again doing gardening/yard stuff I find that I am just tuckered out come Sunday; also no breakfast probably didn't help. On the SQ i was able to get nearly 2 sets done at 245, which I'm happy about, and I'm also pleased that the off-day pushups seems to be finally helping that damn BP creep up. DLs I decided to forego any real heavy weight as I felt an odd twingey pull in my left bicep so figured better safe than sorry. Another gorgeous day here so back out to the yard I go.

Wasn't able to do my usual Thurs workout nor will I be able to do Sunday's either so had to get a combo in this morning. Problem was my Bride came in to the city last and we had a long wine-soaked dinner with a great bunch of old friends. As a result we caught the 11 pm bus out of the Port Authority and got home well after midnight, so today's 930 med/heavy workout was done with the added bonus of a heavy hangover; shockingly this is not a fruitful combination.
