    tues 12/8/15
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 3x5, 255 1x5
    Krocs 35 1x10, 40 1x20
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x5

kinda pooped, just did light workout. annoyed at how sloppy the sets at 235 so I added 20lbs for my back-off set. krocs were interesting, but if they're good enough for Cimm then they're good enough for me. held the last dl at 275 for about 15 seconds at the top jus to work on the grip.

    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5, 265 1x5, 225 1x5

feeling tired and my right wrist is killing me. it doesn't hurt at all during the deads and there's only a slight discomfort on the sq but for most normal life stuff it stings, and i tried to do some dips and it hurt there as well. oh well, i could probably use a little extra rest

I started wearing wrist wraps and it helped a lot for press & squat (I just can't get straight wrists on these). I use these from Rogue - the nice thing is you can adjust them infinitely as needed. The downside is you can adjust them too much.

I did some ohp on sunday and there's no pain in the wrist, i guess it's some carpal thingy that hits me on mundane normal life activities.

    sun 12/13/15
    SQ 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 2x5, 1x2
    OHP 65 1x10, 85 1x5, 95 3x5
    DL 135 1x5, 225 1x5, 275 1x1

spent friday night in nyc, hotel had a terrible mattress, woke up just body sore all over, still feeling it today; that combined with the wrist means i'll probably skip tuesday and maybe even thursday to give the old husk and chance to rest.

good move. make sure you hydrate well. I find 16 ounce curls to be a great recovery workout.
