    SQ 45 2x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 235 10x5
    DL 135 1x10, 1x5, 205 1x5, 255 1x5, 305 1x2, 1x1
    Kroc 40 1x10, 45 1x20 (each hand)

    first time in a week in the gym so I didn't really want to go too heavy; the first 15 at 235 went easy enough that i figured what the hell might as well go for 50. Deads were ok, happy to get the 305s done. krocs at the end were really hard, especially the left arm. see how sore i am tomorrow lol.

    got to go to the gym with a friend from out of state who does a lot of warmup sets but glad he was there otherwise I'm sure I would have only done 255 or so as a work set.

    Daughter drove herself back yesterday but i'm planning on getting up there sometime soon; will let you know!

    definite DOM action from sunday but not as bad as i feared. the 255s felt ok as they should on the sq, a couple were a little grindy but whatevs. this wrist pain has forced me to move my hands from palmheels on bar to mid fingers on the bar. ohp were a struggle; i havent done them in a long ime. deads were a piece of cake. god i love saying that.

    nice work....deadlift went up pretty fast for a PR. Put some weight on the fucking bar man.lol
