Anyway I find it amazing after not squatting for so long to just zoom up through the weights. You must be doing something right.
Thanks guys! I think it's just that for me at least the squats and the deads complement each other so well, right? I mean a month ago I was pulling 360, so I just think= gosh darn it I should be able to squat 270! I am not looking forward to Uncle DOMS coming to visit for the next few days lol
What's really new for me is making something of an effort on the ohp. I hate that goddamned exercise , I really do, but as we've started camping more over the past couple years I've discovered that son of a bitch it really helps me to get the cargo basket and all the other stuff up on to the roof of the 4runner so this time I will make a real effort to improve it; I'm probably already just about at my PR, not sure how many times I've done 120 but sure haven't ever done much past that!
