    damn 325 was heavy but <does happy dance> it went, only 10lbs off my squat pr and I will savor what is undoubtably the last time I can say that I squatted more than derf

    As Lili von Schtupp might say, my arms were KAPUT afterwards so the ohp were a struggle.
