    Great work.
    You might try some hanging from your rack, perhaps some pull downs as an assistance for your ohp's.
    Also, that shoulder rehab video (Rip) has a suspended bar push. (I do these with my ohp)

    Squats are looking good! Have you ever tried any sleeves for your elbow. I ended up getting some and they help support and keep the elbows warm.

    Hi Lee! I just missed about 2 weeks for work stuff, we'll see how tonight goes
