Hi Lee!
The last couple months have just been a trainwreck for this old bod, and when I am not doing the workouts I'm frankly too embarrassed to post or even look here. But I have tried to hop back in the saddle today:
fri 7/19/24
sq 45 1x5, 135 1x5, 185 1x5, 225 1x5
ohp 45 4x5
felt of course very weak, and the ohp were just me pressing the 45 plates as I put them away. I will say it does require a tad more concentration than I was expecting to not bash yourself in the head with the plates when you are pressing them...
