Tried to squat, didn't make it through the warmups. Right leg feels like shit, but only when squatting. Since I didn't squat I did both presses, upper body day. Lol

    Bench press 160x5x3 PR
    Press 85x5x3, PR

    BW, 176

Yes, INDTFP. I'll be seeing a SS coach in early April for my squats.

Squats 150x5x3, PR! The last set I listened to this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELtpTBf-pMU it felt much lighter than the first two sets. 80s butt rock FTW!

    Bench 165x5x3, PR
Press 90lbsx5x3, PR music for the press https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81rcibwfI2o fyi:i am not a heathen.

Deadlift 225x5x3, PR. 2 plate club, that's gotta be worth something. Am i a level 2 weight lifter now?

edit: BW 178, PR!! Think its possible to get to 220 by December and not be fluffy?

Mark Rippetoes strength is so great he shamed me for not squatting this past Wednesday and doesn't even know I exist. I felt so good (and shame free) after squatting everything was really easy, except the deadlifts.

Squat 155x5x2, 150x5x1. Fail, didn't eat dinner beforehand felt faint.
Bench 170x5x3. Felt faint until last set.
    Press 95x5x3. Almost 100.

    Fucking legs!!

Have you posted more recent vids of your lifts, esp. Squats, someplace. It's hard to tell why you are having leg trouble. If the pain is in your knees it usually indicates lack of depth. If you were older it might also be blamed on arthritis. If it's lack of depth, go deeper. If it's arthritis keep lifting and go deeper. Your growing strength will usually overcome the knee pain. If the pain is in your front thighs, I know there's a technical name for those muscles but heck I'm old, your squat is not deep enough. Go deeper. If your pain is in the back of the thighs then rejoice you are probably finally going deep enough. Believe it or not your muscles will work better and heal faster when you start eating more, especially protein. In any event a certified SS coach can clear up the problem quickly.
