Still doing that, eh. I don't know very people who do that but the coach will fix you up.

If I squat wrong my right leg tells me.

Had the stomach flu for 4 days, lost 6lbs...PR! Didn't lift last night because I'm a lazy p.o.s.
Baseball season is upon us, 2hours of practicing with the eldest. I'm so out of shape.
Squat 140 x5x3 wasn't too bad but the 2 hours of baseball wore my legs out.
Press 100x5x3 PR. Very hard, I deloaded everything else so I needed this.
Deadlift 200x5x1 felt much lighter than the first time. Used chalk for the first time, worked great.
Will my body get used to 2 hours of baseball a day? Or will my pathetic squat suffer even more?

the flu just takes it right out of you...plus the kids!

No baseball today, it rained.
Squat 150x5x3, felt easier than the first 2 times. I must have the worst squat of a healthy man after 2 months. Maybe I was born to be a curl and bench bro.
Bench 175x4x1, 165x1x1, 165x5x2. Fail, front deltoid(?) is very sore from baseball.
Curlzzz 45x8x3

I benched myself 4 times, that's pretty amazing. Thanks Mr Rippetoe.
I doubt that Don Knotts could lift what you lifted. I believe you have passed him up. BTW No one is born for bro curls at least not by themselves.
Not at all. Remember this is for the long haul. You are already almost squatting your body weight!I must have the worst squat of a healthy man after 2 months.
