    6'5 230lbs 28yo Male.

    In the past I was crazy weak for my size and ran SS for around 2 months
    (lbs. 5x3, except DL 5x1)
    SQ: 115 -> 230
    Press: 75 -> 105
    BP: 85 -> 135
    DL: 205 -> 315
    PC: 95 -> 145

    And then I messed around with crossfit. Bad choice. Crossfit helped me lose some weight, but I didn't get much stronger the year I did it. Long story short I outfitted my basement with everything I need and I'm back on the iron. Going to see how far LP will take me.

    I'm two weeks in which gave me a chance to ramp my weights back up. Going to track my progress here.

    Jared, you've come to the right place! At 6'5" you could end up at a ginormous weight by the end of LP, in a good way. That DL will have to travel quite far. If you want to see what tall people can achieve, look for Derf123 in this forum.

    Your squat looks very decent to me from this perspective, but more experienced folks should comment. You should also take videos from different angles so we can help you better - diagonally and from the back. Maybe post this in the techniques forum as well.

    You're almost too deep, it looks like you are bending too much forward at the bottom. Butt is coming up a tad earlier that the upper body - try to stay more tight at the bottom.

    Pretty sure I was rounding on the deadlifts, I'm forgetting to stay tight before I start the pull after my first rep. Started tracking my macros on my fitness pal, I need to eat more.

    Calculated my warmups properly instead of guessing, seemed like an improvement. Bench was a grinder, might need to drop the bench jumps to 2.5lbs along with press, will see next time.

    Ordered a belt from best belts, hope to get it in 4-6 weeks.

    Back to hitting PRs every time I step up to the iron, feels good.

    Weight is up to 235 not sure if 5 lbs in two weeks is too much considering I am likely around 20-23% body fat. I'm going to keep my eating the same and see how it goes for another few weeks.
