    *Deadlifts were more like singles. I was really concentrating on getting the squoze on.

    I seem to be un-stuck on the bench hopefully I can continue to add in 5 lb increments for a bit longer.

    Okay, based on the video I took today more squoze is definitely in order. I'm going to stay at 225 next session to see if I can lift the chest a bit more (without dropping the butt). Just when you think you've got it, try harder!

    Well after several months off due to a non-lifting related injury I wasn't even sure where to start. I knew it was going to be rough so I backed way off and hopefully I'll be able to get back to where I left off soon.
