DL: 350x1x4; could have finished but felt a pinch in my groin area again. I am heading to the docs in the next couple days to just check to see if there was a hernia.
back to the grind and normal schedule and I don't think my body was ready for the time shock.
5am workout
SQ: 305x5x1 had to go the pins on rep 2 of the squat; rather than dropping the weight; i did five singles, and then moved on.
BP: 230x3x5
PC: 145x3x5
felt a little tired and weak at the start; pretty happy with the BP progress; will retry the squats on Wed.

I've been out to due and injury and it's driving me crazy. Yes I did have right side inguinal hernia. It got fixed on 2/05...I'm itching to get back, but a little scared and may wait another week before I do too much.
When the injury was confirmed, I stop the normal program, and staring doing some heavy squat partials. They didn't seem to both me, and felt I need to stay used to heavy weight. I also did some high rep KB swings.
Just giving an update. Hope to be back soon.
