Goals
Primarily getting stronger (an increase in 5 rep maxes on the four lifts) while following a recomp style diet as suggested by Jordan Feigenbaum over at the Nutrition section of the SS forum. Seeing weight come off steadily or consistently is not a primary concern, which is why I am going to keep measurements of my umbilicus which I believe will be more indicative of my body composition at this point (high BF%) rather then weight. Weight WILL still be recorded though more as a long term statistic.

First day using the Adipowers, what a difference. Also need to avoid unnecessary stretching, felt a strain in my back in the middle of a stretch before I ever touched the weights.

Discrepancy in bench reps due to thinking it was much heavier then I could bench in the first set then manning up and completing the second set. Legitimately fatigued on the last set. Deadlift reset for form reasons.

Back on my regular life schedule, introduced the micro plates to the bench press. I understand some may think this was premature, but I failed at 140 not too long ago. I'm not also eating at a ridiculous surplus because of my weight, just trying to foster strength gains as slow as possible.
