Hello lifting world! my name is Ash and I've been recently introduced to SS. I've been training with coach, Alex Cibiri for the past 2 months. I'm 5'3"and weigh 92.5 lbs.
my lifting accomplishment to date is as follows:
Squat-85x5x3
Bench- 35x5x3
Press- 35x5x3
Deadlift- 115x3; 115x1
hope to use this forum to get lots of great advice, info and get stronger!

Hey - I've seen some of your lifts being logged in Mahendra's log in the intermediate section. Good stuff. Welcome!
Don't be surprised if you gain some weight by following this program. You won't get fat because most of the gains will be muscle. Welcome.

Sunday March 20th workout:
Squat
2x5x45 (bar)

1x5x70
1x5x80
3x5x95:
5x95
5x95
3x95 (failed at 3)
3x8x65
Press:
Practiced with the bar alone and didn't finish my sets.
It was a squat intensive workout as I really need to work on my form and learn the proper technique. I'm learning a lot and slowly but surely on my way to getting stronger. I'm glad to be learning the right way to yield the best results!
