    The belt may or may not have any effect upon your back. However, it has much to do with your ability to remain tight throughout the life.

    Keep pushing. I have form errors too. Don't let them beat you and down let them beat you down. Remind yourself that the hard work is what makes the progress worth it.

    As for the belt: I say grab one or start saving to grab one. You'll need it eventually. Do you have lifting shoes?

    I don't have shoes yet, still lifting with relatively flat trainers. Putting an order in for those! Luckily my gym has very wide belts available for use. Gonna give it a shot today.

    3/18/16:

    Squat: 3x5@200. Felt hard.
    Press: 3x5@85. New PR!
    Power Clean: 5x3@85. Finally starting to nail the technique down, felt very light.
    Chin Ups: 4x4x2.
